So in fashion, there a few events that really epitomize the industry. The annual Met Gala is one of them. Let's just say the Met Gala is equivalent to the Superbowl for many reasons. This is an invite only event, you can't buy tickets its like you have to be "someone" to even think about attending. The New York Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala is hosted every year with a theme, this year's theme was "Manus x Machine: Fashion in an Age of Technology" This explores the relationship between handmade and machine produced fashion. Think futuristic looks and lets just say that is exactly what happened on the red carpet. Epic is all I can say, the images speak for themselves.
