One thing I want to focus more on is being creative and focusing on the task at hand. Adult Coloring Books are the perfect answer. Growing up, coloring was always my favorite activity and as an adult it's still just as fun. You have probably heard the rave about adult coloring books and I can personally say it is so relaxing and stress relieving! I got myself this book last month and spent my break relaxing and coloring. I didn't realize how soothing it can be after a long day to just sit down and focus on coloring just a page or even half a page.
