Nothing says winter to me like over the knee boots, leggings and an oversized sweater. I picked up this sweater at Forever 21 awhile back and have been wearing it every chance I get. It's so comfy and cozy and perfect with nearly everything. I paired it here with faux leather leggings, a white tee and over the knee boots. What is your ideal outfit for cold weather?
