While it seems like fall is just starting, its already winter over at Essie and they have just released their Winter 2014 collection, cleverly titled "Jiggle Hi Jiggle Lo." The collection features 6 gorgeous hues, not typical for a winter collection, but I gotta say I am loving all of them and actually want every color!
