So the day is finally here! Today (well technically tomorrow) marks five years since I began this blog! I have so many thoughts going through my mind that I don't even know where to begin. First off, I want to say thank you. Thank you to every single person who ever told me I couldn't accomplish something or stick with something this long, thank you for giving me the motivation to prove you wrong. Thank you to my family and friends for the never ending talk of blogging, fashion, beauty and more. While I know it is all I ever talk about your support and love has gotten me this far. Thank you to every single person who has ever opened my blog and read even just one post. I created this blog after thinking my life was over because of someone else and I now, five years later, can say that nobody will ever make me feel like that again because I control my life and make my own happiness, which I have created with this blog. Stylelista Confessions began solely as an outlet for me to share my obsessions and it has turned into a business and something I look forward to doing every single day. It has given me the chance to meet some incredible people that I am able to call my dear friends and also has been my outlet for when times get hard and I had nowhere to turn.
Five years of writing this blog, in my mind, is one of the biggest accomplishments I have achieved. I have not only grown as a writer but as a person and have been lucky enough to share it with my readers. This blog that began in my college apartment has come with me into my professional life and will continue to stay with me for as long as possible. I want to thank every single person who has supported me and without each and everyone of you, I would not be able to even write this post. So enough of me rambling! I am so excited to share how I celebrated five years of blogging. I went to absolute favorite spot in LA and embraced my inner kid and celebrated this accomplishment with SoCal right in my background! Thank you to Wendy for capturing every moment of this awesome morning through pictures.
