Every year The Cannes Film Festival rolls around and my urge to go back to Europe is stronger than ever, especially because I can only pray I will look like some of the stars we have seen in the gorgeous French Riviera. I swear everyone raises the bar each year with mind blowing outfits that make me drool and wish I could trade lives with them, even if just for a day. Blake Lively stood out the strongest to me killing it as always in gorgeous gowns from designers like Chanel and Gucci.
