While it feels like spring just started, summer isn't far behind and that means new nail collections from our favorite lines! Essie has done it again with knowing exactly what colors I want... Neons! Their new summer 2014 collection, cleverly titled "Too Taboo" is full of AMAZING neon shades that are basically perfect for the warm weather! While you might look at these colors and think aren't those the same as previous ones, you might be right, but I can tell the colors are much brighter and more on the neon side, which sold me right away! The collection is set to hit stores May 1st, but here is a little sneak preview of the collection! I am loving every color! I included a tip below as well on how to enhance your neon colors!!
