Stylish Fall Must Have: Boots Under $100

I have a bad obsession with shoes, I catch myself ALWAYS looking at shoes even though my closet is practically exploding with shoes galore. While I might live in SoCal, boots are my go to shoes for fall/winter and again while I might have a ton of boots, I still find the urge every year to buy new boots that are comfy and inexpensive.
