Tomorrow is the last day of 2011 and for me it is my first year being able to spend New Year's Eve as a 21 year old. Of course my outfit is a HUGE priority and NYE is a PERFECT evening to whip out my sparkly heels and pile on the glitter! I thought I would give a suggestion for the ideal New Year's Eve outfit that will be sure to score you a kiss from the cutest boy at the party!
