I can't believe today is the last day of September! Every month is going by so much faster! Well the end of the month means it's time to reveal my September pick for Stylish Girl of the Month. With all the fashion shows going on, it made my decision harder, because there was SO many girls I wanted to choose but I ultimately narrowed it down to one of my favorite actresses and a budding fashionista.... Rachel Bilson. She has a AWESOME new show on the CW "Hart of Dixie." While she will always be the witty Summer Roberts from The OC, she has come quite a ways with tons of movies under her belt and is becoming quite the emerging style icon. Her style is very laid back yet girly and she knows how to pair the right things together. See why I chose her below!
