I have been 21 for almost 2 weeks, and this new ability to go out with my friends is exciting yet can be dangerous for my bank account. Prior to turning 21, I rarely bought "going out" outfits since I never went out and am quickly realizing I am in desperate need of more club appropriate dresses.
