"To Me, Fashion is About Fun"

I have always loved Nicole Richie, even since her days on The Simple Life. She has always been a fashionista and I am obsessed with her line House of Harlow. I was excited when I received my latest issue of Lucky Magazine with Nicole gracing the cover. She is recently married to her longtime beau Joel Madden and looked gorgeous in her bright colored tank and skirt with her short blonde do. The cover-girl talks about her favorite things which include lots of incredible jewelry and statement pieces. She says in her interview that fashion is all about fun, which I totally agree with!
