So if your addicted to fashion like me, watching a fashion show live streamed is basically heaven! I have watched many of the shows from New York from my nice comfy couch in Arizona and never had to pack a suitcase or go through security, I must say its the way to do it!
Of course Marc Jacobs wowed us all again with his Spring 2011 collection. Every year he does something incredible with the stage and this year was no exception! In the middle of Lexington Armory, Marc installed a giant gold cylinder that models would emerge from different parts of. Think 1970's but in 2010. Lots and lots of color is what we saw and prints on silk and skirts and dresses with slits cut extremely high up the thigh. I think the collection speaks for itself, and as always this collection was nothing short of amazing. At the finale, Marc appeared and walked around the entire cylinder, which I thought was totally awesome! Here are some looks from his show:
